There are plenty of reports in the scamming section and a lot of them haven't even been replied to or reviewed it seems. There's no point in having one if you aren't going to review or handle the scams.

Do what I do, pass them on to moderators.
Report the threads.

I know, I am saying report the threads so it appears in the report queue for moderators to see.
and normal members cannot reply anyways.

Why should we report them for Mods to see? It's a section set out for them to see scam reports. It's not hard to go to a section and read all the reports.

You might want to consider reading the description of the Scams board. It isn't a report board for the staff, it's just a board to notify other members about scammers.
"If you're scammed, feel free to notify the other members in this board. Please keep in mind that not everything in this board is true."We (as in the staff), aren't going to get ourselves into your blackmarketing. It's your own responsibility to use common sense, if someone manages to scam you, you made a mistake somewhere. It's too much hassle for us to deal with, yet on the end, it's your problem, no?

The board is somewhat for Staff, assuming they rely on that section to add people to the Scammer's list.

Yes we know. I try to tell them to use an MM. Just nice to know who the scammers are.
