I am in need of a development team for a 317 server

*Info:

I have ran 5 servers before (w/ no team)
I am experienced with (not sooo much) coding and hosting
I will try to work 24/7 with others

The idea of this server started with Tyler and myself.
He has no experience with coding so it was left up to me to fill in what I could.
I have been through about 9 sources; I have had troubles with connecting, coding, etc.
However, I have ran servers before. It has been a long time since I last ran one, so I need help; a team.
