okay so basicly the breif summary of is its clan wars mixed with a doctor on each team the doctor is unknown by the other team and the doctor can not attack the doctor can heal themself/other if the doctor dies he can only be restored by the "bolus" which is found in a location surrodened by strong NPC's the bolus can only be used once and heals a player fully once it is used it is then stored back at the place where it was if the player dies with the bolus it goes back to the place as well
