I am making my very own server from scratch but the problem is that i dont know what base i should choose >.< can someone give me some tips =)

Tip 1. Don't start from scratch. Just by the way you talk I can tell your a failish coder ;D
Tip 2. Use hyperion, 377rs2d, or some other stable base. Any base can be made stable, but it takes some work.
Tip 3. Make more appealing and informative threads :D
