It's decent at best.
You have the easiest 99s available, and I personally despise anyone who has expensive gear, but don't have a fury/fire cape. Both of which are piss easy with the money (and stats for firecape).

Sorry, but that's my opinion.

EDIT: and the rest of your stats suck. You just took the money and wasted it on easy 99s, and now the rest of your stats look like shit.
EDIT2: You are what my friends and I call an absolute newfag to RS.

Your overall is bad for your combat level. I am only 200 away from that and my combat level is 86.

Well, I'm mostly Combat.
I don't really skill that much, & with WC/FM I chopped my Logs to FM, That's how I've got 14m xp ect.

Ik it's bad for my overall Level.
I don't think you can do better, If so.. Make a new THREAD of you're runescape account.
