Good evening.
Well, as a few of you have known by now I am creating a website for uploading fies.
Yay?
Its not close to being finished, as I need to talk to my host about something.
Its quite odd actually, the maximum file size that the PHP config will allow me to upload is 10 MB but it says it is 30mb, might be something else but EH. I want it upped to atleast 50mb anyway D:
Well, it is going decent so fare.
I has created a miniature Youtube for the script, it recognizes the file's type, and if that is OK by the Video player, It will give you a link to the file to watch the video.
But for some homo-ish reason, if the file is a MPEG4 (Video) it will BUFFER THE ENTIRE video before it..plays...eh...

Well, anyway, here is teh progress so fare:

I will be adding a progressbar using AJAX so that should be fun.
And working on WHY it does the 10mb thing where It doesn't display links..Its homorly.

Good luck but buffer the whole video :( when you upload big films its gona be anoying

For the upload sizes, have you set the 'upload_max_filesize' to the correct units etc? If it's not that you have to ask you're host to increase the upload size, but I highly doubt they will unless you own the server, they rarely update a max filesize upload for a shared server.

The upload_max_filesize is 30mb, which is why its wierd.
And one of my friends is the hoster.

Asked my host to up the post file size, its now 30mb like the max file size, so you can upload 30mb's now! :D
Next i'm working on the player a bit more, trying to understand WHY it buffers the entire video before it plays with MP4s, rather annoying.
