Ok so I have An account with the stats of

75 Defence
80 Attack
80 Strength

Would that be considered a barrows pure?

No, I apologies but a barrows pure is 70 defense and is brought up by a major amount of questing, then leveled the last levels

just get 78 def, 99 str, and do not level atk.

get rapier keep80 attack and keep 75 def for dfs and get 99 str 70 prayer :)
