Hello Locus community, I am Mash and I have started working on running and building and editing a private runescape server. My server it's self is a Custom 317 data base and is based off and heavily modified DeltaScape server. This new server wil feature allot of the same or similar stuff to the other great servers you see around such as RegretScape, which is where allot of the influence came from.
This server will not be a 24/7 running server. It will mostly run Monday to Thursday all day Unless it is being updated, in that case I will be notifying if so. And Weekends most of the time all of the server status and information will be dated and loged every week in advance to try to make sure you know when it is online and running. This Server will be 100% free and will offer options to donate to further expand and develop the server such as buying more space and better updates and maintaining the forums and server.

Currently implemented Features:
-Working Pest Control, no Monsters yet.
-Working Godwars dungeon Minigame (Bandos)
-Fully working Fight Cave and Jad.
-Fully working Fight Pits (Safe Pking)
-Working Wilderness Pking Areas (Only in wilderness will you loss items when you die)
-Full working Magic,Anciants and Lunar Spells.
-Working Kalphite Dungeon.
-Working KBD Dungeon.
-Custom Skilling Area (still in development)
-Working but a little buggy animation Mithril Dragons.
-Working Slayer Tower and Slayer Skill
-Increased Xp rates
-Special Shops for Donators and Staff.
-A few dozen Custom Weapons and Armours. (Not all of them are mine)
-A Working Downloadable Client ( uses a no-ip server adress temporary till funds role in)
-Working Prayers and drain rates.
-Working Barrows, Dig to enter tombs. And then Enter Tunnels (no monsters in tunnels yet)
-Assult Minigame and shop.
-Castlwars Trade Center ( Not Minigame ... Yet)
-Infinite Run (Toggle at start)
-Dragon plate and full helm, Arma Godsword, Bandos Weapons and whip, Dragon Fire shield.
-Skillcapes and hoods.
-Custom capes and custom shields. (Includes dragon Kiteshield and dragon claws)
-Some Special attacks working.
-Good amount of available locations to visit. (Still adding npc's and stuff)

I am looking for people who are also interest in staffing the server when it goes public as well as testers to play test the server and find any bugs, glitches or errors.
And also anyone who can help with editing and updating the server (must know some java)

Any ways this thread will be updated in the future, The server is expected to be public this summer if all the testing or majority is done. Only accepting maximum of 100 users that includes Staff and Mods.

Delta 25% for the original based source
Bluur 25% for his client
Regret 2% for the influence
Blue 8% for some additional features added to Delta
Myself 40% for majority of edits and fixes.

Like I said in the OP It's still in development. I will get some screen shots very soon and update the information soon.

I would like to get somone on board with helping me fix the shops to hold player sold items into the general stores.... right now if you sell and item it disapears and you or no one else can buy it back.
As well as fix the dropping to allow drops instead of them being deleted and not showing up to your self or other players. This are minor things but the majority of work will be the Item data base and NPC.

UPDATE 2 --Working--
* Full dragon armor (Full helm,med helm, Plate body, Chain body, Plate legs, Plate skirt, Boots and gloves)
* All Barrows armors and weapons
* Some custom Bandos Items ( boots, warspear, kite shield, helm tho it is not appearing right, whip and more)
* majority of special attacks for most weapons work.
* Shop prices fixed, shops now sell and buy items at proper price compared to their original 0.
* Made it so all players even new ones have already complete the required quest for certain weapons.


--In development--
* Various little minigame rewards
* Certain monster only drop specific things. example; Dragons drop dragon tokens and dragon items.
* All Teleports are free except ape atoll and above.
* Made it so that deaths outside the wilderness do not loss your items unless in a specific area.
* Fixed some NPC glitching through walls.

Whats wrong with it being based from deltascape and with it using a blurrs client?
