F2P Pure Training Guide (1 Def Pures) Also For Beginning Mains [Starting Pures/Mains]

Starting Point:

When you create a pure you will find that your stats are all 1 if you decide to have a 1 def pure this guide will help alot.


Weapon Wise:
For this guide use the recommended weapons which are:



Melee:

Scimitars From Iron To Rune (Bronze Is Not Recommended But Optional)

2H's Are NOT Recommended Intill 40-60 Strength. Due To Slow Speeds



Range:

Sling Shot - Maple Shortbow (Sling Shot Recommended Due To Having Unlimited Ammo But Will Indeed Slightly Take Down EXP Rates)



Magic:

Any spell will do fine



Gear/Armour:


(Melee) Full Iron: (Along With Strength Or Power Ammy Accurate Ammy Is Also Fine)

Why NOT To Use A Defence Ammy:

Goblins Dont Really Hurt Much In Damage A Strength Ammy Can Ensure More XP Is Given In Melee So Will The Power Ammy But If It Was Between Both Power And Strength:
Choose Strength Amulets.

Why NOT To Use: 2H

2H speeds are really slow and XP wise aswell using a Scimitar is a fast speed weapon which can improve XP rate as well. Although when you gain a few strength lvl's like to 40-60 you shouldnt have a problem with the 2H's


(Range)

Full Leather:
Only the registered members can see the link. (Along With Power Ammy Or Accurate Ammy)




Decent Food:

Trout Only the registered members can see the link. To Lobster's Only the registered members can see the link. Work Now If Your Poor And Dont Have Much Money Trout Would Be Very Good Anything Under Trout Like Herring Is Not Recommended.



Training Zone:



Best Recommended Beginner/Pure Training Zone:

Only the registered members can see the link. (Goblin Village)

NPC's There: Goblins (Lvl 5)



Why this place?

Goblin village is surprisingly abandoned in other words you will find only 2-3 botters there and if your lucky you will find no one there.



XP Rates Can Range Up To:

0-10K XP an Hour!



Why Not Lumbridge Goblins?

Obviously There Is So Much Botters There.



Near By Bank:

Falador Bank



Is It Dangerous?

The Goblins There Deal The Same Amount Of Damage As The Ones In Lumbridge.

Method 2:

Muggers: Only the registered members can see the link.

Muggers are lvl 6 and arent that aggresive there max hit can range 0-14 (approx)

Muggers can be found in the following Location:

The entrance to the Blurite cave (in the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon).



You can train from lvl 1 strength or range to 70 with these guys

Seagulls: Only the registered members can see the link.

Seagulls Are Level 2, 3 And Can Be Good For Training From 1-50 It Is Not Recommended To Go Up Than That.

Seagulls Can Be Found At The Port Sarim Which Is Above Draynor.

WARNING: You Will Find Many Bots There If Your Lucky You May Be Able To Find A World With None Of Them In It.

XP/Hour: Can Range From 2-3k XP/Hour

There HP: 60, 100


Recommended Food: None Seagulls Dont Kill Anyone So You Wont Need Food.

hmm... yes.. post the cows in fallador (there's normaly no-one), they also dont hit a fuck.
I'm proud at my own acc:
77 ranged (going to 99 with chinnies at 80),
40 defence (for rune full helm (G) and rune chain (not pl8 bcuz that will give less ranged),
44 prayer (for eagle eye and protect from),
and the rest of the cb stats 1,
CB LEVEL: 69, won 640K already with staking =]
