My Servers Votes Arn't Going Up At All

Hi I Own The Server -Runexile-
My Votes have currently stopped going up.
May i ask why ? Whenever a vote is made, the top list votes don't go up, while other servers votes increase.

Uhh, My players do vote, i know for a fact a few people voted before including me, votes didnt go up at all.

Well, it takes a while before the votes goes up, Runelocus isn't 100% yet.

Same here, I got the same problem.

my server is ranked #1 on runelocus for top list
so the voting worked before.
now i cant vote at all
no1 can.

reason please.
