Well ive been developing a web browser like Firefox or internet explorer, at the moment it's in the very basic stages and need alot more editing. But it's fully functioning for what i have so far, feel free to use it and i will carry on updating it.

Cause it's like Firefox you just double click the .EXE file and the browser opens in full use. And i couldn't be bothered to post all the other files.

Browsers ARE INTERNET, if you don't have a browser you can't access the internet.

Good luck but tons of people attempt this, but all it is is you are using a web controller. Try it in java or C++ not using a GUI builder. That's a better challenge.

Yes He Got it from Visual Basic All You Have To do is drag the "Webbrowser1" To The Form1 :D And you add the codes to the buttons ^^. Good Luck :D

WRONG, Some webbrowsers can be made from scratch. It just needs to identify <a> as a link etc. etc.
