Ever had another server come and advertise there server on yours?
Ever had a server do anything of the similarity to you for no reason?!

This won't happen anymore with my new reporting system

Report a server below for doing the following.

Spamming Once = Warning
Spamming Twice = 30 Minute Shutdown
Spamming Three Times after the following = ShutOff For 8 Hours
Coming back will be punishments of 4 hour periods

If they have crashed you then all the above will be doubled!
