Hello, and Welcome to the official thread of the MineCraft Server, Spectus. (Spectus is Latin for 'cave').

This is an open freebuild server, with a lot of nice plugins. And yes, cracked clients will be allowed to. Maybe I will use the whitelist function so people stay with one name, and not pretend to be anyone else. The server will be 24/7 hosted on a desktop that isn't used. All mobs on the server are turned OFF. So don't be afraid of the dark.

There are only a few rules.

- Don't grief (destroy other people's blocks). If you do, you will be permantly banned from the server.
- Always ask if you are going to use, or want to use TNT. In some cases it can be very handy, for example: Destroying pieces of a mountain so you have space to build.
- Don't try to remove the whole map with WorldEdit and then quickly log out. I make back-ups off the server every 15 to 30 minutes, so the people will only have a small rollback, and you will be permantly banned.
- Never deop, ban, kick, kill or trap/jail people without a normal reason. Please contact me, Nerrion and I will take care of it.

The plugins that are installed:

- EasyWarp. This lets you make warps so that you can warp/teleport to the exact spot later.
- Essentials. One of the functions of this plugin is item spawning. Also, the god function. With god function on you will never die.
- Magic Carpet. This will place a carpet shaped glass platform beneath you so you can easily build at high locations.
- NoWeather. Seems pretty obvious, it will always be sunny and never rain. This because most of the players don't like the rain.
- WorldEdit. This is a very handy plugin which many of you know. This will allow you to create/build very big things with only a couple of clicks. One of the functions of WorldEdit is the superpickaxe which will let you one hit every single block.
- WormholeXtreme. This is a plugin that allows you to make portals, and teleport to other people's portals.
- Noon. Because of this plugin it will never become night. If you do want it to become night, please ask me and i'll see what I can do.

The commands of the plugins:

Warp: /wnew, /wl, /wto name, /wto remove
Essentials: /i itemid, /i itemname (/i stone, /i 1, example)
Magic Carpet: /mc, /mc 3, /mc 5, /mc 7
WorldEdit: //wand, //set, //wals, //drain, /// (superpick). Ask me in-game how to use WorldEdit.

You have premium accounts, and cracked ones. With premium you can have player skins, outfits, and you can play the top servers. With cracked you can play the regulars servers so it isn't a big deal. Just google it or find a topic here somewhere..

And the point is to build fun things and just have fun and enjoy yourself, like most games.

You should add a no-ip for it :P or get someone who owns a cPanel to put so a subdomain leads to your server making it more easier to remember

I just came back on the build server after 30 minutes, and see that avenging_d3eath is online. So I say: ''sup''

Next thing he does is he logs off. So I'm like, okay.

So I just fly around and what do I see? Someone worldeditted a whole fucking piece out of my fucking rollercoaster, and i'm holding you responsible avenging_d3ath.

And yes, you are banned.

Someone named, TheGoblinSlayer logged in. So I ofcourse said, Welcome. So I asked his/her RL username, answer: Ishdyana, or whatever.

So then he/she says, can I have permission to WorldEdit? Okay. First up: That's dumb. Nobody ever says that. So what do I do? I make a small little copy of the server, because I'm a smart guy. So I come back on my laptop, OP him/her, transform into a cow to keep an eye on him/her. Yes, I can do that. :D

So what happens next? I get banned. Lol, banning the server owner, good move...

So I unban myself and come online, the world is fucked ofcourse. Buildings demolished and ruined. So I ipbanned him/her and i'll turn up the originel server in a minute.

Gf fail-griefer.
