I have an open source client that yes I did use a base open source client to develope, but I decided that this is the right steps to my success.
1. I have done over 90% upgrades from the original source as well as changed background models and some other huge customizability options.
2. I have listed credit to the base source as well as its creator.
Now my real question..
I really want to close this source I believe meaning when people download it they can only run it and cannot edit or view the code.
I realise this does sound like an attempt to hack/scam, I believe the only fraud proof I can do about this is run and snapshot virus scans on the program from several big name antiv's.
How do you close it to only the run option?
