How to make 525?

Hello everyone, I currently had a 317. but I want to make a 525, So is it like hosting a 317? like getting no-ip, using utorrent, Getting client+source

You don't need no-ip and yes its the same.

You Do Need No-Ip, Unless You Use 127.0.0.1

You dont need no-ip. No-Ip just directs the client to your ip address, you can just use your ip address, no ip just makes it less complicated for the noobs.
