Hey Toxic. You need .zip the files. If you want it in a directory like '/forums/' just move all you're files into a folder called 'forums'. ZIP the folder (make sure you ZIP it. web control-panels can't extract .RAR). Upload the files to you're web-host. Now extract the folder / files. You now need to set up a MySQL Database. I've never used 000webhost. I'm used to using cPanel; so I'm assuming you have a database wizard. Create a new database with the database username, password and name. Now go to.. (Only the registered members can see the link.) or whatever the sub-domain is. Go through the installation and set-up there. Most of it is basic.

When it comes to the database use...

000webhostusername_databasename
000webhostusername_databaseusername
password
localhost

The 000webhostusername is you're login name I'm assuming for the hosting. If you want; I'll do a video tutorial for you and post it using 000webhost.

you would just go to your file manager and upload smf there? then as smudge said ur data base user and everything, that should be in 000webhost CP on the right side.
