My First Userbar with Tutorial

just started using photoshop CS4 i followed a tutorial on youtube on how to make a userbar and this is what i made tell me what you think :)

You should lower the opacity for the slash partern and put the text in the middle.

Opacity, just click on the image with the move button and find the opacity % and lower it, and keep the text where it is it's nice =] good job
