Paypal Donation Goal

Now I'm an experienced web developer, but i was surfing through the internet bored as hell and i saw a paypal donation goal and i thought to myself that's exactly what i need, it was like a bar that tells you the progress of how far you are to reaching your donation goal.

I'm pretty sure it's PHP so if anyone at all knows of a script like this please
