ok so ive port forwarded ive used no-ip.org ive changed the "server =" or whatever to the server ip off of the no-ip i made. im using port 43594. ive used the utorrent thing to connect, ive tried making a webclient on "rs-ps.org" which i succesfully made, but it says my server is offline. i have tried everything. please someone help me turn it online, please! thank you.
