Is this aloud?

Ok I was just thinking about this so I just wana find out, I know were not aloud to have vote4cash but what if you have it for another toplist that does allow it? For example you have a list of since you can vote on for cash and runelocus isn't listed... Would that be aloud since it doesn't effect the runelocus votes?
