Here's how it'd go;

Start date: Whenever accepted
End date: 3 days after accepted, that's 72 hours ladies and gents.

If wanting to swap signatures you've created, Post new one below.
BEFORE the end date.

Signature Requirements;

Size: 400x200 / 380x160 / 200x400
Theme: Freestyle! So you pick it!
Text: RuneLocus
Subtext: Your current Username!
No Animations!
And let's spice it up by having to create a matching avatar. (200x200)

Rules:
No Pornography
Do Not post any pornographic images or videos on your signature.

No Racism
Do not post racism on the signature in any way.

Giving CnC
Be respectful when giving CnC on someones work, don't go giving members a hard time because their design isn't good. Be constructive with your comments, making sure your reply is going to help them improve.

Only comment if you're willing to accept the challenge!
If accepted, don't use any tutorials!
No ripping signatures! (Premade ones!)
