You should remove the time to report posts, or lower it. Like, after reporting someone, it takes one minute until you could report again. I see spam posts a lot in one thread, but cannot don't report them all as i am not waiting like 5 minutes just to report 5 posts.

You could just report 1 post and then say in the report that there are more than 1 spam posts in the thread.

Can't do this. When you Report, you're creating a thread in the Reports section. If we remove the delay timer, it'll remove it for all threads. The timer is there to help prevent bots from spamming the forums with 500 threads in 3 seconds.

You could always lower it down to 20 seconds at least.

I kinda agree with this but make it 60secs for top posters who excessively do good job nice and useless comments etc.

But that would mean people could post a new topic every 20 seconds; this means if someone came to spam advertise, their job would be 3x easier because we just deducted the time it takes for them to post a new thread by 2/3 of the original time. Friss is right, just report one post and explain everyone breaking the rules in the description. There's no need to change the timer.

This is the reason why we have moderators. Also, it is very easy to remove spam, maybe you haven't "experience" it but i surely had to remove the porn spammers at rune-s3rv3r (its censored here most likely). I would just check their threads they made and click the box on all and click remove at the bottom of page.
It isn't hard at all. You act like you have to manually go to each thread and delete it, not trying to act like a dick or nothing but ye.

Yes we can just click and mass delete them but what if we aren't online this will slow them down somewhat.
And iirc there is a timer for reporting and it isn't related to posting so many threads in x amount of seconds.
