A Skiller doesn't train up in combat skills. Basically you bought a botted Runescape account that has a high chance that it's being watched for botting and also real world trading. Just to let you know if they notice a sudden change in IP which is constantly logging in - It's clear that the account was sold / bought. Not sure if you know but JaGeX have new detection systems for botters and real world trading. If there watching you're account it will be banned within days.

Guys, it was his decision to buy the account. Stop saying he ruined the game, or whatever you're going on about because he didn't. It's a very basic account that was (probably) botted to 60 attack through soul wars. It doesn't have any decent stats other than mining, which gives him a chance to actually play the game and earn other levels. Seriously, stop your fucking whining.

Real world traders were a very small reason the wild got taken away, Jagex considered the old wild to be an old, outdated form of pvp, when they revamped wild they also wanted to make sure real world trading was minimized so the built drops around that but it wasn't the reason that jagex updated the wild
