PIXEL ART CHALLENGE!

I don't see much pixel art going around RuneLocus, with the exception of julesmk. (who posted something today today)

So I challenge you - the RuneLocus members - to give pixel art a whirl. There is no reward (if someone wants to put somthing together, be my guest, but I don't expect anyone to).
No skill level required and you won't be judged unless you want to be. This is all just for fun.

Just post your art on this thread and I'll put it below
( If you don't except this challenge, you're scared >:] )

Tips:
1) Start at 32x32 and make it bigger as you need the space.
2) Remember to shade!
3) DO NOT STEAL!

It's not too hard once you get the hang of it. I started by looking at other people's pixel art and editing it (not taking credit, of course) because then you see how it's made up and how to get certain effects, then I started making small things, and you just progress. Just practice and you'll learn :]

I think that's still considered pixel art, but only if it's actually small? Not sure though.

I can't do it any smaller than that, because I use the smallest line tool of paint.

That's like a gateway drug into pixel art in a way.

Pixel art doesn't have to be small, but, the big ones take forever.

Err. Why would I be trolling? I used to do Graphic Design literally every day for months on end. It was a hobby for me before I got into Engineering.

I can confirm Chris' work's legit, he designed a few pixel art graphics for me back when I was designing a pixelart themed web template.

O_o.. Plenty of things, GameMaker's sprite editor is what I use, some people use photoshop, Realworld cursor editor seems okay for it (never done anything on it, but It seems like it could be good for it)

Read back a bit, lelel. Used pixel art on a template I made a while back, this was used as the bg - found a few of the images Chris drew up for me.
