Well, they ripped(stole) our server's banner without permission from me. (I am the one who made it, I also have the PSD with me.)

Our server is NinjaScape 508/562

They are NinjaScape 474..

Link to their page: Only the registered members can see the link.

At the very bottom they have our banner there. I am not so happy about this as any one would if they took your banner without permission from you.
Is there anyway you can take it off for them?
I have informed their forums about this.
