It should be against the rules. Nothing more annoying as attempting to advertise a server, and seeing 3 other server's with the same name advertised a few days later.

This is why I suggest taking a word, converting it to another language and using it as your name. That way you could ask them where they came up with the name, and if they don't have a legit reason, you can tell them it means "ejaculation" in German, or whatever you picked.
