It is very easy to multi-log on RuneScape.
Simple open two windows, of your browser. Log in on both accounts (to the lobby)
Drag your two browser windows so that the login buttons are near eachother.
Now simply click both buttons fast. Fast..
I use this method all the time. Also just checked it yesterday. It works still.
