What type of server?

So I have a few original ideas for a RSPS, but the problem is, I'm not sure whether to go oldschool (317) or the newer versions... Which one is the best? (In your humble opinion, lol)

^^ the guy above me sounds like a newb. He didn't explain why either of them were better, and the old schools don't fail, look at the server status and you'll see most of the popular ones are 317.

Anyways i recommend going oldschool(317), 508+ versions are always the same and look leeched, they rarely have anything new added to them, they pretty much have nothing going on unless you wanna make a pk server. If you want a economy server then stick with the old school, it has more potential quality wise, though the graphics aren't as great it has lots more features and are more fun to play on. So all in all, i guess if you want a pk server use a 508, 517, 525, or if you want an economic use a 317 or maybe a 474 for more graphics.

you idiot. old school 317's fail. ones without godswords and newer 474 items etc... nobody ever follows through with them and there may be 1 or 2 some what successful ones. make an up to date 317 with gs's and stuff but no customs. 503+ just fails dont use it

just make what u want, if u follow through with it and people like it youll get players, simple as that

your idea of an oldschool server is stupid, you say you hate customs, well unless your loading a cache, i got news for you, anims form newer revisions make it custom, just do a rev that floats your boat bro, like me i like newer revisions so me and alex are doing 613/current rs revision cache
