Any cheaper way to achieve 95 pray?

Hi guyz i have set a goal to my lv 101 rs account to make it a pker.
First of all, turmoil is a must so i need to get 95 pray. My prayer is currently 56.

So i calculated that would need 145m of dragon bones to reach 95 on glided altar.
Theres noway im going to get that kind of money so im thinking about buying it.
That concluded to $188 from Gold4fun. (Please dont suggest other gold selling sites, ive purchased like 5m from gold4fun and never got scamed.

Now i dont think im gonna spend $188 on a game...
(not to mention i need like another 40m for 94 mage...)

Is there any other way i could get 95 pray?

Like soulwars..i never played it cuz when i went it was laggy as shit and coudlnt move..must been cuz of bots right?
So if il do soulwars..howmuch time would it take me to get to 95 pray? Or to an ammount of zeals?
