Mk Guys here's my toplist that hopefully will have many servers added to it, it has the following features :D
Cron job uptime
Server Signatures(made the background pic myself in photoshop)
Server Status Checker
Page listed by number of votes
Webclient Maker ( I was going to use a script of rl but since the forums got reset I couldn't find it lol so I just made the maker myself)
Webclient list for servers (listed by donation amounts)
Displays if server is online or offline
If the server's uptime drops below 20% it will be removed from the toplist
Premium Server Section for people that donate just $10 for a banner :D
If your server get $5 or more in donations you can edit the footer on you webclient page
Since its Cronjobs uptime/status checker it doesn't have that hour-long refresh time ^^
Only the registered members can see the link.
Hope you guys like it feel free to add your server! Only the registered members can see the link.
Feel free to give me some constructive criticism or w/e :D

Here is some feedback. I suggest you make something unique and different from other topsite software and give people a reason to use your topsite. Maybe a review or comment system would be nice so people can review sites on your topsite?
Offtopic: By the way its called a 'topsite' not 'toplist'. The community on this forum changed the word 'topsite' to 'toplist' I don't know why they did that but the correct word for it is 'topsite'.

Thanks for your comments guys I like the idea of the comment system but you know that would make so many problems with spammers etc so.. idrk how I would get around that, any ideas? Image verification I guess might stop it :/,
also I like the word toplist much more topsite sounds stupid, I'm not trying to copy rl lol I made my own to get away from that toplist ^^, I'm changing the green font to white tommorow as well.
Keep posting guys I wanna make it really good! :D
P.S: I am guilty of leeching rl's background because I really didn't wanna use anything else lol but thats about it ^^

Spammers and spam bots can be easily dealt with. Spam by human is easier to take care of than a spam bot. You could use email verification system that they have to verify there comments or use a image verify system like capatcha.

mkay sounds good thank you :D
and if you looked on one of the toplist pages, I haven't seen a toplist site with server signatures like these (besides online/offline etc)
Only the registered members can see the link.
^^ also idrc if you don't like the green that's my sites theme :)

Why is the IP, port and status shown in a shitty small black font? Make it the same style as the labels.

Image verification doesn't stop bot's now; scripts have been developer to read and detect characters in image verification and then enter the code. Pretty epic script; seen some around. However good luck with this; Like how you have used cron. Myself and a friend we're going to try Ruby on Rails for a toplist / topsite. However the server didn't support it.

Any image verification. However not many BOT's use them so the method is still effective to an extent.

Capatcha is maybe a image verification but it does help greatly stop some bots. I know this because I own my own forum (none private server related). I had no bots so far because I use capathca. So learn some facts please?

Mainly because no BOT's have targeted you're forum; however If I did mention or not. The software for reading the image verification is advanced and doesn't come cheap. I don't see many people buying it just to advertise. Such BOT's only visit high traffic warez sites to leech theads etc. I doubt any will visit you're site unless it offers software releases etc.

Actually I get lots of bots visiting my forum. I use bot traffic to increase my alexa rank. It helps increase my traffic so actually I would say probably I get hit with 30-60 bots per day. Maybe 20-50 real visitors because of it. My site has grown to be looking very successful at the current momment. :) So I think I know what I am talking about.

How many of those BOT's would of bought that software to post? I'm assuming these BOT's don't post? They wouldn't need that software installed. Some forums offer the complexity of how difficult the image verification should be to read due to software being able to recognize the characters. However if they made it harder to recognize the characters; the software can't read it. However also the software is becoming more advanced to solve the tougher image verifications and now 'random questions' and implemented such as 'What is 16 x 5'. However soon they will be able to solve these questions.

By the way, I am using a legit IPB. Thats probably another reason why spam bots can't register. because the nulled/illegal type forums get attack by them the most? :p I know this was offtopic but I felt like saying this I am bored as hell..

So does the graphics forum that I co-run. IPB 3.1.1 - And indeed, if you look at most of the nulled vBulletin scripts uploaded by 13 year old's and are left for so long; BOT's do register and for some reason mass advertise Viagra most commonly.

It's in the footer; You might not notice it as most people don't view the footer; but yeah; The new custom skin was also made by us etc. New Dedicated Server is costing a bomb to keep up too.
On-Topic: Good luck with this project.

Not bad, but I think you should release this. The buttons are also obnoxious, and they don't fit the style of the page at all, for example, the 'Add your Server' button.
