Need People For My TEAM !!!

Hello,
I am hoping to create a team which can come together and create a very sucesfull server.

I will split this Thread up into sections.

Section 1 will be: Introduction (about me)

Section 2 will be: What kind of server i wish to create. (the background of it)

section 3 will be: What kind of people im looking for (spots open in the team)

section 4 will be: How to contact me


Section 1: Introduction (about me)
My name is Ryan.
My internet name is usualy: Eminem, H00dz or E M I N E M.
I am 15 years of age.
I have played RuneScape for about 4 years (late 2006) ( 99 woodcutting, 99 hunter and 99 Fletching)
I have been playing RSPS's for around 2-3 years, I have achieved in my eyes ALOT in them 2-3 years on RuneScape private servers, such as:
Different Kind Of Staff On MANY Servers.
One of the creators of AgsPKING which gained 100+ Players (will post screenie later on)
Community veteran on Frugoosoft Was aslo top Poster for a while on there aswell.
Global Moderator on scythe.org (Until I quit due to IRL issues.)
Part of the Global Summer Term GFX Team 2009.

Section 2: What kind of server i wish to create
I want to create a Sucesful server.
I want a server which will bring back the Old style of RuneScape for the Old school Legit RuneScapers out there.
I want to create a 317 server. A Near complete replica to the 2006 RuneScape, of course there shall be minor differences to avoid copyright etc...
I will list the aspects I want on the server:

Skillcape emotes (100% working)
Real GS Stances
NO trade Limit
Duel Arena WITH Staking
OLD SCHOOL PKING.
Real Spercs for ALL Weapons.
Staff have the same power as JaGeX LTD Staff. E.G...
Mods Can only mute (like on REAL RUNESCAPE)
Admins Can do EVERYTHING like on REAL RS.
I want 100% barrows.
All skills to be 100% (SUMMONING AND DUNGEONEERING, WILL NOT FEATURE ON THE SERVER)
Exp Rate to be faster than runescape, But not too fast for example: On Runescape killing a cow is like 50 exp, well instead of being 50 on my server it would be 550 exp. so it is around 3-4X as fast as Real RuneScape.
Real GODWARS.
and a Grand Exchange if POSSIBLE.

section 3:What kind of people im looking for (spots open in the team)

Of course, because i EXPECT so much on the server, I need a team to be a part of it and help me through it all.
I will list the type of people i need BELOW!

***ALL THE TEAM MUST HAVE MSN AND BE ABLE TO JOIN A BIG CHAT CONVO TO TALK WITH THE REST OF THE TEAM***

***IT ALSO HELPS IF YOU HAVE XBOX LIVE TO TALK IN A BIG PARTY, BUT THIS IS NOT A REQUIREMENT LIKE MSN***
