low Fps (Help)

when i play runescape i run on extremenly low FPS average 2-5 high 22, Listed below are my Computer Specs.
Only the registered members can see the link. i run virus and disk Cleanup, and Disk Defragmentor everyday. if someone can help me and get me a suggestion on how to boost it up would be Great.
I always Play on low detail and still get This low FPS
(i Have the latest JAVA Version 6 Update 30)

Make sure you're not in Safe Mode. For some reason, RS likes to go into Safe Mode if you have it open when your screensaver pops up.

If you have an AMD processor, you're going to encounter lag currently in Runescape because of the bot nuke. It's Runescape's fault and not yours. They've released numerous posts relating to how they're trying to fix it. And don't worry, you're not the only one. A large quantity of people right now are having fps issues, including me.

Weird. Well, according to Jagex, it's the low-end AMD processor users who are having these fps issues.
EDIT: Yes, they said they're currently working on a fix to it.
