I am not sure if this is the right section, If it isn't then I hope a mod will be kind enough to move it.

I was wondering if there is any website software, Allowing users to upload there own media to your website.

I feel pretty dumb asking for help, But yeah.

Anyways, For a example:
Only the registered members can see the link.
Only the registered members can see the link.

and define "media" (videos, pics..?)

If you are looking at a photo gallery I would recommend Only the registered members can see the link. .

And I bet there are tons of video gallery type scripts out there.

What sort of 'media'? If it's static content like files and images, use what people suggested. If you want to let users upload streaming videos, using the YouTube API may be a good idea.
