How do you make transparent menus, right clicks, etc. && Multi Barrage

I've seen it in some servers, they make all the right click menus and bank interfaces transparent so you can see people moving behind them.

Also Multi-Barrage doesn't work and I've been looking for a guide on how to make it work for ages...any help?

It'll take me a while before I can download. Can you do me a favor and go into server files, client.java and search transparent or something like it to see if its a code?

All transparent dialog, right clicks, etc.. are handled in the client.
