im making my first website i need help

i bought this domain and transferd it to 000webhost.com

Only the registered members can see the link. (reason i bought .info not .com is because im new to html,php etc)

and when they like go to the website i want omepge to be black and a banner at the top so can someone tell me, how to do this please?

To make that your going to need a experience php programmer. All you need is a stylesheet and a index file. (index.php and style.css) Then you will need some java scripts for the image changing or just a overscroll. ;D
