Community Member:
Someone who has been active and helpful to the Runelocus community and was nominated by staff members and other community members.
Also a retired staff, who has obviously contributed to helping the community.
Retired co-administrators are ones as well.
Donators:
Someone who has donated to Runelocus to help it expand and grow.
There are three types of Donators
-Regular
-Supreme
-Extreme
Only the registered members can see the link. Global Moderators [Sick`, Toonshorty, Lusfr_, and Potstyle]:
A moderator that controls the forums. They have less rights than Global Moderators. You must be very active and helpful towards the community and be nominated by Administrators.
Only the registered members can see the link. Moderators [Brendan, Rog3r, Friss, and Anthony`]:
A moderator that has more rights than Jr Global Moderators but less than Administrators. You are nominated by the Administrators due to your contributions to the community and signs of maturity. (I believe you must be a Jr Global Moderator before).
Only the registered members can see the link.
Ikiliki is the owner of the forum while Marc administrates it.

I would've added the post-based usergroups but I don't know all of them.
And plus, Runelocus gets new visitors everyday :)

Should also put in Community Member, rewarded to Ex-staff to show they had supported the community in the past.

This doesn't need to be stickied.
And Sync/Tico135 were both Admin's in the past (This site was made just to test Tico's moderating abilities in the first place)

I, nor has Sync nor Tico ever "co-owned" Runelocus in any shape or form. I administrate the forums, and have a small bit of say in important happenings with the site, but I do not fund nor own it.

I am glad runelocus is back up. But is the layout permanent or is it a temporary one?

Temporary. The administrators, Ikiliki and Marc, are working relentlessly to get RuneLocus up and kicking again just like it was before.
Edit: we moderators have no say in the induction of new moderators or the promotion of Junior Moderators - only administrators partake in that decision-making exercise.
