Hes making the template FOR people. I doubt he will resell until he has permission from the buyer. If I spent $20-$50 on a custom theme, to figure out someone was re-selling them....I'd be pissed.

What Justin said; also skinning companies make custom themes for $100.00 plus; they can't re-sell them without the permission of the original buyer due to it being 'custom made' not 'publicly made'. Usually if skinning companies do sell the templates again they sometimes offer the original buyer a percent of each sale.

Hell....you can just buy a theme, then allow them to re-sell it to the public, and get like 2X what you paid.

Eh...it's decent. However it DEFINITELY needs some work.
The background needs to be changed. An abstract image being used a background such as this will usually ruin a template, very easily.

You can change the bg, also it is a template from my archive, very old.

A background image like that isn't the best idea, considering the wide range of screen resolutions. If you don't have a background that repeats well, that can be an immediate turn-off for a potential buyer. I understand that they can change it, but when a person buys a template, they usually want to use it right then, with very little tweaking except to the content.

Most web designers use Lorem Ipsum when showing off their work.
