He didn't forget crappy web browsers.
IE sucks. Safari isn't much different. Both sides, Mac and PC, have their own default, shitty, web browser default. MS' is IE. Apple's is Safari. Their both the same: buggy, unreliable, overdone, overrated, and too prone to problems and bugs
Chrome, for life. Firefox is okay but I prefer Chrome for it's Dev Tools. However when I'm writing a JavaScript script I tend to use FF to debug, their console is great.
Chrome is quick, professional, and mostly, it isn't overdone. It's based off of Firefox; so it's based off of Netscape; so it's based off of a major improvement in technological history. No one seems to trust Google anymore, I can't blame you, but if you were using IE, or FF, or even Safari, guess what, Google would still find a way to track what you do. They have good intentions behind it, so you might as well enjoy your way along getting stalked online ;)

Good choice, New Clear, but I think I enjoy Chrome's more retro look and feel. They are virtually the same, except for look and for Chrome's more advanced and included Developer Tools. If you haven't tried Chrome yet, you'd probably like it ;)

Sir, you neglected to mention Opera which is currently at a tie with Chrome, so saying that Chrome is the best is an incorrect judgement.

Sir, you neglected to mention Opera which is currently at a tie with Chrome, so saying that Chrome is the best is an incorrect judgement.
Opera isn't tied with chrome, Chrome is in 2nd place for one reason only. Firefox has been out for like 4 years, ( not accurate) and Chrome for like 1 year or not even fully a year.

I use google chrome only because it is the fastest and most usefull without adding add-on's along with this, it doesn't use as much memory, it is the fastest upload and download (without modifying the speed limit.) Also I am making my own web-browser that will hopefully be very fast I will let you know as I go..

Its ok there is not really a need, if you think about it, its more of a debate topic...
@yaio depends on what you do witch makes it fast or not...
ALSO remember google makes this so it mean's their servers will be connected faster when watching youtube and other google stuff...

yes sure google Chrome is the best browser, when i first downloaded it, my internet was
running at a lighting speed, i even checked my speed

and it was normal too, hitherto i used firefox which chocked my browsing capabilities .
But the only one advantage with firefox is that it has more add ons, which makes things
much easier

IE has a lot of problems for me. It's kinda slow. Firefox is okay but won't run on my computer at all. I use chrome. It's fast and very basic. You don't have to go through the troubles of removing unwanted toolbars. I've never used opera.. Is it good?

1.when you close a tab, you are virtually terminating the process. This seams to have some interesting implications on the security of the browser
2.Google Chrome also implements a new privacy feature. They call it incognito. Basically if you browse while being in incognito mode, nothing ever gets logged.
3.Another interesting feature which I need to mention is that popups are not blocked but they open in a minimized window.
4.It has a very simple design, which allows us to browse faster than any internet browser out there.

I stopped using FireFox a few months ago, because I wanted to try Chrome and FireFox stopped working all of a sudden, it was giving errors.
Anyways, Chrome never crashed on me.
