Alright So I was Wondering if you Could get sued for using this image from jagex (fagex as i call em now) *i thought if you gave em all credits they couldn't Do shit so i ask you guys Before I use it Etc.

You never know with JaGeX these day's - Just make sure you state that the images are property of JaGeX .Ltd and you do not own nor take credits for them. JaGeX are getting really up-tight at the moment with the smallest things.

Probably get a warning for taking their shit, then they'll take the entire site down if you don't comply/keep bitching if you weasel your way out of it.

Yep. What is so hard for you people to understand that COPYRIGHTED material is COPYRIGHTED, therefor they can take you to court over it, and they'd probably win. But I'd doubt they would sue for concept art. -.-

Playing Private Servers doesn't give them permission to sue you. Only if your the one hosting it, distributing it, etc. You know what I mean. ;)

Playing on the server isn't illegal and making one isn't either, now hosting one is some what illegal, but jagex released a packet and that was built off of and was used to make winterlove, so a small portion of credits would go to jagex for a packet, but on the newer servers I don't know.Also I am really not afraid of jagex, I could careless if they try to sue me, try to take my server down, I'll just change the name and IP and continue with my life.

Not for having one, they maybe can sue you for hosting one of the new servers, but who cares if they "attempt" to sue you.I also don't feel like reading that big block and also if you read up on it winterlove was created by one packet, to my understanding and they packet was released by jagex.
