I don't want any flaming to go in this thread I just have a question. Why do mods remove things like download links to free Photoshop cs5, but no rsps sources and clients. Isn't distributing rs clients/sources illegal aswell? So if we can release rs sources/clients, why can't we release "nulled" photoshop cs5 and stuff like that.

Simply because this is a site specifically for RSPS. Also because distributing illegal copies of PS is illegal, whereas RSPS isn't so specific.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Ikiliki has had Jagex try to annoy him before I believe, and thats always fine, funny, etc. People start posting things like Photoshop, they'll start legal action against the site, and heck, maybe some users. (just don't need more trouble)

The sources are our work, we didn't really take a Jagex server and make a profit. We just pretty much decrypted the clients and built server sockets (no matter how much they suck) around the client. So its our work even if we are using their clients.

This website doesn't host Illegal content, It provides a community for it; but whatever a user post's is his / her responsibility - not RuneLocus - However cracked photoshop versions etc are classed as Warez. We can have Private Servers as their programmed by ourselves. We didn't steal any scripting. However Photoshop is software created by adobe which is being distributed. Also with the new ACTA policy soon coming out (maybe) all Warez sites / Illegal download sites can be closed down and their ISP suspending their internet access without a court case or reason.
