I was on xbox, I kept beating this guy and he started screaming into the mike saying let me kill you or I'll crash your internet.

He actually crashed my internet and said "Hey canownu ready to go offline?" and as soon as he said that I got booted. Now I'm using my slow as hell neighbor's internet.

Any solutions?

Yea called up police. They said he lives in South Africa and they can't arrest him.

But they called Optimum and had my IP changed now I'm back :p

You could possibly call your ISP, explain the situation and see if they'll change your IP. Once your IP is changed, he has nothing to DDOS.
