add a link to the Rules which include 'no bumping' and such, I doubt anyone who is new will actually read the Rules by themselves.

Everyone is required to agree to the rules upon registering.
If they choose to not read them, and break them, it'll be their fault.

I'm saying that it would be less work for mods who modorate bumping and other stuff which isnt allowed.

It's a good idea, but there's no possible way to make someone read the rules. I know if I went to a website that sent me the rules or redirected me to the rules I would just close it and continue doing what I was doing, and in reality that's what people will do.

People have a freedom of choice to read the rules; some may read them and refer to them over and over through time to remind others of the rules and also trying to keep a stable community. However you have the average 8-12 year old who will not bother reading them at all as the rules have 'no purpose' whatsoever on the community; thus putting their account in danger of being banned if they break a rule; hence why we also get a lot of flaming and trolling of kid's who have been banned complaining because they didn't read the rules or take notice of them.

Let them have their own choice; it's their account - half of them don't seem to care about the rules and aim to be the top post-whore or used to be rep-whore which we no longer have; however that's been replaced with time on-line. Myself I have over a week; but that's me; I generally browse RuneLocus as much as I can looking to help others and contribute.

People who don't read the rules are affecting themselves - not us; staff can handle the odd minority in the community.

Lol, exactly.
Same here.
