Server Banned Season-x

Hello, my server was banned from rune-locus and i looked at the report and it was because of vote page opens on start up i don't see how this is force voting? i don't force people to vote for items ect.. im not like that and please may my server have one more chance ill stop the voting thing opening on run? I see this as kind of unfair i aint telling people vote now or ill ban you or stuff like that =/ or vote or server will go offline i Don't FORCE people please take alook into this as my server has been growing lately :) i've seen many server's that have this option like corruption-x ect =/ please may i have a chance as i didn't know
