Runelocus Toplist should have a big button which threads you to the runelocus toplist rules as they are really hard to find and are handy for new people ect and will probally stop alot of people abusing them! Hope you can make it i think it is a good idea.

Barely any people have read the global rules; what makes you think they'll read the toplist rules?

Or put the rules on the same page in a different table, and make them check a box stating that they have read the rules(Even though most people will just check the box).

If people go to the toplist for the first time, they need to read the rules.
