Windows movie player

Alright so I got this dvd and I put it into my computer. I opened it in a folder and clicked play with windows movie player. So it opened windows movie player and i got this weird screen with likes lines and stuff moving around and only sound. No video. Can anyone help?

Sounds like to me something up with your GPU.
Correct me if i'm wrong other people.

You tried reinstalling or updating your GPU?

Yah um. How the hell I do that

Google what ever your model and make of your GPU
And look from there.

Like for example: ATI 4650 Driver download

What computer have you got? I presume it's a Dell or HP or what have you.

If you can get the model and the GPU inside I'd be able to point you in the right direction.
