how can u make a new account?

my friend wants to register an account on the forums but when ever he clicks register, it says "the site is down beccause we are moving to a new dedi and it will be up later today" however that was august 4th.

Tell him to open up command prompt and type

ipconfig /flushdns

Then try again.
