First of all i would like to state that i do not hate any staff member on this forum and i am not intending to get anyone demoted.

I am really getting annoyed at staff members these days. I have made a list of the stuff they should fix.

1) Scam reports

As we all know, the Scams section is very active. I have been noticing that some threads are being replied to and taken care of, and some are just being ignored. Example?

That is just page one. I could probably gather more if i went on. I think that this section needs mods attention or just remove the whole black market.

2) Suggestions

I think that suggestions are the main thing about the website. The staff are doing a pretty good job at replying and taking care of them, but one thing they are not doing is telling them what will happen about the suggestion. For example, if i suggest to higher more staff, staff members will reply there idea, but they will not say "It will be worked on" or "I don't think we need this ATM"

The list can go on, but i don't have time at the moment to post them all.

3) Reports

The MAJOR thing that annoys me on this site, is "Use the report button"
Let me tell you this: If none of the members cared about RuneLocus, and none of them reported threads, are you staff members going to leave the site to rot and die? Staff members are hired for a reason. That reason is to take care of the forums and members. The staff member's job is to lock a thread before the member notices it. Not to sit on his ass trolling and telling people to click the report button. Doesn't make any sense at all if you ask me. It is a staff member's job to look out for the forums. Not asking members to do so. This is something that has to be taken care of ASAP.

4) Inactive Staff

Only the registered members can see the link. Register here
Take a look at the staff list. Out of all those staff members, how many of them are active and actually do there job? I'll answer that. The answer is 5 (out of 11 staff members) That means that 50% of our staff are enjoying the staff member rank (Not saying any names). That is actually a very bad percentage. Don't you think that they should maybe be demoted? I do.

I really hope i didn't spend an hour of time writing this. I would like some SERIOUS attention to this threads from mods and admins. I will report any spam or troll.

2) Suggestions

These are up to the admins. We can't say whether it will be looked at or not.

3) Reports

I'm sorry, we have lives. We can't sit on our ass all day and look through 500 threads to find that 1 that needs to be deleted before anyone else sees it.

4) Inactive Staff

The only one that is inactive is Lusfr_, and we know why. Everyone else may not post, but they're here doing their job whether you see them or not.

2) Iki has a lot of shit on his plate atm. He doesn't really have time to post in a thread that he doesn't want this suggestion implemented.

Idling != Activity. In order for your Last Activity time to update, you have to do something, such as look at a thread.

There is mods in different timezones, Faab I think. And the only inactive staff is probably Toon, (Probably Smudge) and Joe.

1. Scammers

There should be proof is someone got/attempted scam, then they should be added to the scammers list. I agree that this needs to be worked on a little more. If there is proof of someone trying to scam and their not on the scammers list, then they will MOST likely attempt to do it again. But Sick` is right, Its entirely their fault for not using a middleman and trusting someone.
