I'm working on trying to get faster and have more endurance in my jogging/sprinting Why? Because i'm joining the school's soccer team and i'm trying to get ready.
So far I do:
30 Minute Work Out On Treadmill
~ Jogging Speed: 6 Incline: 4
~ Sprinting Speed: 12 Incline/; 4
~ Walking Speed: 2-4 Incline: 12
Food/Drinks:
~ Lots Of Juices and Water
~ Meat
~ A Little Salad
Any way I can improve my speed and endurance?

I run for my own enjoyment, if you run in the morning it makes your day enjoyable and fresh.
