The harder one when I played (don't know if it is still) was While Guthix Sleeps.

While Guthix Sleeps is the quest with the best storyline. It's not hard, just time consuming.

I absolutely loved the storyline on tears of guthix, and I've had a quest cape before when the max amount of quest points was 323, I've slipped up in my questing, so it's really not hard to get a quest cape, actually kinda fun.

So, I'm sure Cart will have a ton of fun.
