    Question Is the I.P. right?

After using the 317 Server Tutorial I set the client I.P. to 127.0.0.1 that's what it said to do. I then made
sure it still connected like it said. It worked. But, then how do others connect? Do I change it to my
no-ip adress now and then just upload my client folder?

no, First you will need to Port Forward your I.P, then you can hide your I.P by running no-ip. There are alot of TuT's about Port Forwarding on the Forum.

Here is a TuT about portforwarding -> Only the registered members can see the link. Register here

A "NO-IP" is a program to reflect off your ip. There's a program to easily take someones NO-IP and connect it the same way to catch their real IP. Idk why you just said that it "Hides" it. In my opinion, it's just a program that takes up needed CPU.

I portforwarded it already....so now I put my actual I.P in place of the 127.0.0.1
